Roadrunner Fund
Only $1.50 a day helps to fund essential school programs.
What is it? The Roadrunner Fund is one of the PTA’s major annual fundraisers that provides critical educational programs and activities at Strandwood.
What are we asking you to do? The PTA urges all families to donate $270 per Strandwood Student per year– that’s $1.50 per school day. Want to donate more? That would be great! Your donation is tax deductible.
Why do we need donations? Schools are underfunded by the state. This school year, public school funding is facing its biggest challenge in years. Because of the health and economic crisis, the already insufficient state funding has been drastically reduced, which means the Roadrunner Fund is more critical than ever. If it is within your means, please consider helping.

Company Matching Funds
Company Matching Programs are an important part of the Strandwood Fundraising Campaign. A large number of companies participate in this program that can potentially double the amount of your monetary donation! Please contact your Human Resource Department for further details.
